QF-6112AS EVA Second Moulding Machine
2.Micro-computer PC and PLC control system as well as single-chip computer are used. They can be operated independently and do not act on each other. The machine operates fast with little noise. The pressure can be divided by sections.
3.The frequency and time of exhaustion can be set freely.
4.Pressure relief, air exhaustion and descending can be operated and adjusted independently.
5.Imported hydraulic system logistic valve loop control is adopted, which has fewer pipes and maintain at normal temperature to extend the service life of the machine.
6.Working bench, front and rear water buffer plates adopt #304 stainless steel, which is abrasive. Oil inlet contactor uses solid round steel and forms into one piece for the purpose of being uneasy to fracture.
